Lost Trades Fair

The Lost Trades Fair was an artisan-led wonderland, a celebration of craftsmanship, ancient arts and traditional trades. On display were over 150 makers, artisans, tradespeople and craftsmen and women who showcased their talents and knowledge that had been handed down through generations. Visitors to the fair couldn't help but be fascinated by these true artisans openly demonstrating their incredible skills. Beyond that, the fair aimed to inspire and educate people of the next generation to demand something made by a real person rather than a machine. It encouraged them to think about sustainability and the longevity of what they buy as well as having the confidence to design, make and create something real with their own hands.
